Technical Project Manager

Role

Technical Project Manager responsible for driving successful delivery of complex technical projects from inception to completion. Operate in an Agile environment to align technical execution with business objectives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate status and risks to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain team alignment and productivity.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies; identify and remove blockers.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to clarify technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support implementations.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations through concise reporting and presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and vibe coding sessions to accelerate problem-solving, innovation, and rapid prototyping.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing complex technical projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering and/or Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence concepts.
• Deep understanding of Scrum methodology with experience as a Scrum Master and the ability to coach teams on Agile best practices.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Solid grasp of data engineering concepts, including ETL processes, data pipelines, and relational databases.
• Proven ability to translate technical details into business language and present updates to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset, risk anticipation, and the ability to develop effective solutions under tight deadlines.
• Preferred: experience managing data projects or rollouts involving Snowflake, Alteryx, and Tableau; exposure to AI-driven project management or automation tools.
