csv_to_json

Parse RFC 4180 CSV into JSON; can use the first row as keys or return rows as arrays, and supports custom delimiters, quoted fields, escaped quotes, and embedded commas/newlines.

json_to_csv

Serialize arrays of JSON objects or arrays into CSV, using the union of object keys as headers and quoting fields when needed.
