Execute Google Workspace Gmail Send operations: $ARGUMENTS
## Prerequisites

## Usage

```

## Tips
- Handles RFC 2822 formatting and base64 encoding automatically.
- For HTML bodies, attachments, or CC/BCC, use the raw API instead:
- gws gmail users messages send --json '...'
