Agent Skill Loader is an MCP server that connects a static skills library with dynamic AI agents, enabling them to learn skills on demand without manual file management.

Install & configure
Prerequisites

Please install the `agent-skill-loader` MCP server into my current AI client (that's you).
Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):
- **Node.js >= 18** — Required runtime (https://nodejs.org/)
- **Install agent-skill-loader** — Install globally from npm Run: `npm install -g agent-skill-loader`

list_skills
Scans configured skill directories and returns a JSON list of available skills.
read_skill
Fetches the SKILL.md content for the agent to read.
install_skill
Copies the skill permanently to your project if needed.
manage_search_paths
Adds, removes, or lists skill search paths at runtime.
debug_info
Returns diagnostic information regarding configuration and path issues.
