Install & configure
This server lives in a monorepo. The README covers the whole collection, so we can't extract a single canonical install. CLIO Kit monorepo ships 16 MCP servers (hdf5, pandas, slurm, arxiv, etc.). arxiv is one subserver invoked via the clio-kit launcher.
