An MCP server for biopharma research that aggregates signals from ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, SEC EDGAR/XBRL, openFDA, and Yahoo Finance. It exposes a main `audit_catalyst` tool that analyzes a ticker, drug, and sponsor to return a deterministic verdict about the catalyst thesis.

Install & configure
Prerequisites

search_clinical_trials
Searches ClinicalTrials.gov for trial pipeline and status information, including termination and completion signals.
search_pubmed
Searches PubMed for recent literature on a drug, mechanism, or disease.
get_sec_filings
Fetches the last 10 SEC EDGAR filings for a ticker.
get_xbrl_facts
Pulls SEC XBRL company facts such as cash, burn, runway, and going-concern flags.
get_insider_transactions
Analyzes SEC Form 4 insider transactions and related sentiment/signals.
get_short_interest
Returns short interest metrics such as short percent of float, days to cover, and monthly change.
get_protocol_snapshot
Gets a ClinicalTrials.gov protocol snapshot and amendment proximity information.
get_market_data
Fetches Yahoo Finance quote data and options chain information.
get_fda_activity
Looks up FDA drug submission history and status from openFDA.
