Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):
- **CDEK API Credentials** — Get Client ID and Client Secret from CDEK Dashboard > Integration > API Keys (https://lk.cdek.ru)

Canonical MCP server config (stdio transport):

  - `CDEK_SANDBOX`: Set to 'true' to use sandbox environment (api.edu.cdek.ru) (example: `true`)
  - `HTTP_PORT`: Port for HTTP transport (enables HTTP mode instead of stdio) (example: `3000`)
