Install & configure
Prerequisites

Note: The README states that `context-sync init` automatically registers the MCP server with Claude Code and that Claude Code launches it automatically via stdio transport. It does not provide the underlying canonical `command`/`args`/`env` shape explicitly, so no standalone config can be extracted from the README.

get_session_context
Returns the full structured summary for a specific session, re-summarizing if stale and including conflict information.
get_all_changes
Returns changed files and decisions across all sessions, with optional project filtering.
send_message
Sends a message to another session or broadcasts to all sessions in the same project.
get_messages
Returns message history for a session.
resolve_conflicts
Clears resolved files from the conflict tracking list.
