MCP server for CloudForge that lets AI assistants view and manage cloud architecture diagrams, generate and import Terraform, and manage CloudForge infrastructure resources from chat. It also provides AI architect assistance such as resource suggestions, cost estimates, and security reviews.
From the registry: Visualise diagrams, generate Terraform HCL, and manage Azure/AWS/GCP infrastructure with AI.
Please install the `cloudforge` MCP server into my current AI client (that's you).
Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):

- **Create a CloudForge API key** — Sign in to CloudForge, go to Account → API Keys, generate an API key, and use it as CLOUDFORGE_TOKEN. The key starts with cf_live_ and is shown only once. (https://cloudforge.cloud)
Canonical MCP server config (stdio transport):
- command: `npx`
- args: ["-y","cloudforge-mcp"]
- required environment variables:
- `CLOUDFORGE_TOKEN`: CloudForge API key used for authentication. Must start with cf_live_. (example: `<your-cloudforge-api-key>`)
- optional environment variables:
- `CLOUDFORGE_API_URL`: CloudForge API base URL. Only set this when using a self-hosted/on-premises CloudForge deployment. (example: `<your-cloudforge-api-url>`)
Note: Default API URL is CloudForge hosted service; omit CLOUDFORGE_API_URL unless self-hosting.
Add this MCP server to my current client's config in the correct format for you. If you need secrets or credentials I haven't provided, ASK me — do not invent values or leave raw placeholders.
