Prerequisites

Please install the `cloudscope` MCP server into my current AI client (that's you).

Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):
- **Azure CLI installed and logged in** — Install Azure CLI and run `az login` to authenticate. Run: `az login` (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cli/azure/install-azure-cli)
- **Cost Management Reader role** — Your Azure account needs Cost Management Reader role on the subscription.

Canonical MCP server config (stdio transport):

- optional environment variables:
  - `AZURE_SUBSCRIPTION_ID`: Override auto-detected subscription ID from `az login`. (example: `<your-subscription-id>`)
  - `AZURE_TENANT_ID`: Azure AD tenant ID (service principal auth, CI/CD). (example: `<tenant-id>`)
  - `AZURE_CLIENT_ID`: App registration client ID (service principal auth). (example: `<client-id>`)
  - `AZURE_CLIENT_SECRET`: App registration client secret (service principal auth). (example: `<client-secret>`)

Note: Subscription auto-detected from `az login`; override with AZURE_SUBSCRIPTION_ID. For CI/CD use service principal env vars.
