Search the ENERGY STAR Open Data catalog of open datasets by keyword and return each dataset's resource_id, name, description, category, and update date.

Run a Socrata SoQL query against an ENERGY STAR Open Data dataset by resource_id, using where/select/group/order clauses plus limit/offset, and return matching rows as JSON.

Get an ENERGY STAR Open Data dataset's schema and metadata, including columns, types, row count, category, and last-updated date, by resource_id.
