Install & configure
Prerequisites
- requiredesa.io personal access tokenGo to https://<TEAM>.esa.io/user/applications and create a personal access token.
Install in your client
Paste into the AI you're chatting with — it will figure out the rest
Please install the `esa-mcp-server` MCP server into my current AI client (that's you).
Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):
- **esa.io personal access token** — Go to https://<TEAM>.esa.io/user/applications and create a personal access token.
Canonical MCP server config (stdio transport):
- command: `npx`
- args: ["-y","@koki-develop/esa-mcp-server@latest"]
- required environment variables:
- `ESA_TEAM`: Your esa.io team name. (example: `<your-esa-team-name>`)
- `ESA_ACCESS_TOKEN`: esa.io personal access token. (example: `<your-esa-access-token>`)
Note: Deprecated — an official esa MCP server has since been released (docs.esa.io). Supports --readonly flag for read-only mode. Also available as Docker image ghcr.io/koki-develop/esa-mcp-server:latest.
Add this MCP server to my current client's config in the correct format for you. If you need secrets or credentials I haven't provided, ASK me — do not invent values or leave raw placeholders.
