Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):
- **Telegram API credentials** — Obtain api_id and api_hash from my.telegram.org (https://my.telegram.org)
- **Run auth setup** — Run the setup command to authenticate and create a session Run: `uvx --from fast-mcp-telegram fast-mcp-telegram-setup --api-id=<api-id> --api-hash=<api-hash> --phone-number=<phone>`
