Ghl Mcp Server

Please install the `ghl-mcp-server` MCP server into my current AI client (that's you).

Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):
- **Create GoHighLevel Private Integration credentials** — In GoHighLevel, create a Private Integration, grant the scopes you need, copy the Private Integration Token, and note your Location ID from the sub-account URL.

Canonical MCP server config (stdio transport):

  - `GHL_API_KEY`: GoHighLevel Private Integration Token. (example: `<your-private-integration-token>`)
  - `GHL_LOCATION_ID`: GoHighLevel Location ID for the sub-account. (example: `<your-location-id>`)
- optional environment variables:
  - `TRANSPORT`: Transport mode. Set to stdio when needed; stdio is the default Claude Desktop example. (example: `stdio`)

Note: README only documents running from a local clone/build, not a packaged npm/npx distribution. Local setup steps: git clone the repository, run npm install, set GHL_API_KEY and GHL_LOCATION_ID, then run npm run build. The README also documents an HTTP mode using the same entrypoint with TRANSPORT=http and a PORT env var; if used, the server is started with node dist/index.js and exposed at /mcp, but the README's primary MCP config shape is stdio.

Add this MCP server to my current client's config in the correct format for you. If you need secrets or credentials I haven't provided, ASK me — do not invent values or leave raw placeholders. After adding it, tell me how to verify the server is connected.
