An MCP server for querying FHIR R4 healthcare data from compliant FHIR servers. It supports searching and retrieving patient-related resources and includes FHIR resource validation for AI healthcare workflows.
From the registry: healthcare-fhir-mcp MCP server by MEOK AI Labs
$ pip install mcp$ git clone https://github.com/CSOAI-ORG/healthcare-fhir-mcp.githttps://github.com/CSOAI-ORG/healthcare-fhir-mcp/README.mdPlease install the `healthcare-fhir-mcp` MCP server into my current AI client (that's you).
Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):
- **Clone the repository** — Clone the server repository locally because the documented run path starts the local server.py file. Run: `git clone https://github.com/CSOAI-ORG/healthcare-fhir-mcp.git` (https://github.com/CSOAI-ORG/healthcare-fhir-mcp/README.md)
Optional prerequisites:
- Install Python package — Install the MCP package dependency mentioned in the quick start. Run: `pip install mcp`
Canonical MCP server config (stdio transport):
- command: `python`
- args: ["server.py"]
Note: The README documents a local stdio setup by running server.py from the cloned repository. No environment variables or HTTP endpoint are described. The Claude Desktop example includes a cwd to the cloned repo, but cwd is client-specific wrapper detail and not part of the canonical command/args/env schema.
Add this MCP server to my current client's config in the correct format for you. If you need secrets or credentials I haven't provided, ASK me — do not invent values or leave raw placeholders. After adding it, tell me how to verify the server is connected.Meta Ads MCP (Facebook + Instagram) - analyze performance, manage budgets, pause campaigns.
