Canonical MCP server config (HTTP transport):

Note: README quickstart runs the server locally via SSE using `python horus_mcp_public.py --transport sse --port 8011`. The README also instructs installing `mcp` and `httpx` via pip and setting `RAPIDAPI_KEY` before launch. No packaged `npx`/PyPI shortcut is provided, so the documented local Python run is the usable install path.
