$ pip install uvhttps://docs.astral.sh/uv/Please install the `infinihash-kyt-mcp` MCP server into my current AI client (that's you).
Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):
- **Create an Infinihash KYT API key** — Generate an API key from the Infinihash KYT dashboard. This key is required for the server to authenticate. (https://kyt.infinihash.com/kyt/settings/api-keys)
Optional prerequisites:
- Install uvx — Install the uv tool so you can run the MCP server via uvx, which is the simplest install path shown in the README. Run: `pip install uv` (https://docs.astral.sh/uv/)
Canonical MCP server config (stdio transport):
- command: `uvx`
- args: ["infinihash-kyt-mcp"]
- required environment variables:
- `KYT_API_KEY`: Infinihash KYT API key used to authenticate requests to the KYT service. (example: `<your-kyt-api-key>`)
Note: The README also shows an alternative install path via pip install infinihash-kyt-mcp, but uvx infinihash-kyt-mcp is the preferred portable command. The server is configured as a stdio MCP process.
Add this MCP server to my current client's config in the correct format for you. If you need secrets or credentials I haven't provided, ASK me — do not invent values or leave raw placeholders. After adding it, tell me how to verify the server is connected.KYT_API_KEYrequiredAPI key used to authenticate with Infinihash KYT.Dead code, security, secrets detection and code quality for Python, TypeScript, Go.
