Fetch one auction by case_id and return details such as case number, court, price, bid period, and photos.

List auctions whose opening date falls within the next N days.

Look up a Japanese district court (head court or branch) by code.
find_practitioner_for_auction
Return federation directories for judicial scriveners, lawyers, real-estate appraisers, or land and house surveyors for a given auction stage.
