Kio Orzeczenia Mcp

Please install the `kio-orzeczenia-mcp` MCP server into my current AI client (that's you).

Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):
- **Install Python** — Python is required to run the server. On Windows 11 with Smart App Control, use the signed Python interpreter from python.org and invoke pip as `python -m pip`. (https://www.python.org/)
- **Install the package** — Install the MCP server package. The README shows a clone/editable install, but also a simpler portable package install via Python module invocation, which is preferred. Run: `python -m pip install kio-orzeczenia-mcp`

Canonical MCP server config (stdio transport):

  - `KIO_MCP_RATE_LIMIT`: Request rate limit in requests per second. README examples use `1.0` and the project notes a 1 req/s limit. (example: `<requests-per-second>`)
  - `KIO_MCP_CACHE_DIR`: Directory for cache storage. Defaults to the project's standard cache location if unset. (example: `<your-cache-directory>`)

Note: Prefer running the installed module via `python -m kio_orzeczenia_mcp`. The README also shows `python -m kio_orzeczenia_mcp.server` in development and one Claude Code example uses that module path, but the Windows/installation guidance indicates the packaged entrypoint module is `kio_orzeczenia_mcp`. On Windows with Smart App Control, avoid `pip.exe` and unsigned launchers; use `python -m pip` and `python -m ...`.
