Maboss
This repository provides three Python MCP servers that expose mechanistic/systems biology modeling tools: MaBoSS, NeKo, and PhysiCell. Each server runs over stdio and wraps actions like simulations and session management for MCP-capable clients.

This server lives in a monorepo. The README covers the whole collection, so we can't extract a single canonical install. This README is for a collection of MCP bio-modelling servers (MaBoSS, NeKo, PhysiCell). It does not provide standalone install/config details specific to the MaBoSS server beyond noting that server-specific dependencies and expectations are documented in the MaBoSS/ README or upstream docs.
