MCP server for the National Bank of Belgium SDMX statistical API. It exposes 221 NBB dataflows as tools for searching, describing, querying, comparing series, and checking server status, with bundled local catalogue data to reduce live API calls.

- `NBB_RATE_LIMIT_REQUESTS`: Self-imposed rate limit request count per period. (example: `<request-count>`)
- `NBB_RATE_LIMIT_PERIOD`: Rate limit window in seconds. (example: `<seconds>`)
- `NBB_RETRY_ATTEMPTS`: Number of retries on transient errors. (example: `<retry-count>`)
