Please install the `mcp-ratchet-clinical-charting` MCP server into my current AI client (that's you).
Canonical MCP server config (stdio transport):
- command: `npx`
- args: ["-y","mcp-ratchet-clinical-charting"]
- optional environment variables:
- `POINTCARE_API_URL`: PointCare EMR API base URL; when unset the server runs in mock mode with fictional patients (example: `https://api.pointcare.com`)
- `POINTCARE_API_KEY`: PointCare API key/token for production EMR integration (example: `<your-api-key>`)
- `RATCHET_MOCK_MODE`: Force mock mode (true/false) (example: `true`)

Note: Runs in mock mode by default. Production PointCare integration pending API access.
Add this MCP server to my current client's config in the correct format for you. If you need secrets or credentials I haven't provided, ASK me — do not invent values or leave raw placeholders.
