Please install the `mcp-server-packmindhub` MCP server into my current AI client (that's you).

Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):
- **Packmind MCP Access Token** — Sign up at app.packmind.ai and copy your MCP access token from Account Settings. (https://app.packmind.ai/sign-up)

Canonical MCP server config (HTTP transport):

Note: URL pattern is {PACKMIND_URL}/mcp; hosted cloud version uses app.packmind.ai. Self-hosted instances use their own base URL.
