Please install the `mcp-tuteliq` MCP server into my current AI client (that's you).

Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):
- **Create Tuteliq account** — Sign up at tuteliq.ai and generate a Secure Token for MCP connections (https://tuteliq.ai)

Canonical MCP server config (HTTP transport):

Note: Hosted MCP server at api.tuteliq.ai/mcp. A local stdio option via npx @tuteliq/mcp with TUTELIQ_API_KEY is also supported.
