Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):
- **Install Node.js and npx** — Required to run the MCP server via npx.
- **Create an MCPSpend API key** — Generate an API key from the MCPSpend dashboard for authenticating the server. (https://mcpspend.com/dashboard/keys)
