Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):
- **Meta Marketing API access token** — Get access token with ads_management permissions (https://developers.facebook.com)

Canonical MCP server config (stdio transport):

- required environment variables:
  - `META_ADS_ACCESS_TOKEN`: Meta Marketing API access token (example: `<your-access-token>`)
  - `META_AD_ACCOUNT_ID`: Ad account ID (numeric, without act_ prefix) (example: `123456789`)
- optional environment variables:
  - `META_APP_ID`: App ID for token exchange/debug (example: `<your-app-id>`)
  - `META_APP_SECRET`: App secret for token exchange/debug (example: `<your-app-secret>`)
  - `META_BUSINESS_ID`: Business Manager ID (example: `<your-business-id>`)
  - `META_PIXEL_ID`: Pixel ID for conversion tools (example: `<your-pixel-id>`)
