Mnemoscope is an MCP server for Markdown vaults that predicts memory rot risk, groups notes into working/episodic/semantic tiers, and records agent writes in a signed journal. It also provides verification tools to detect tampering and is designed to run locally with Obsidian and Claude Code integrations.
From the registry: Predict context rot, sign every agent write, tier reads. Markdown-native, 100% local.
This server lives in a monorepo. The README covers the whole collection, so we can't extract a single canonical install. Repository contains multiple packages under packages/ (core, mcp-server, obsidian-plugin, cli). README provides local build/run instructions for the MCP server, but per monorepo rule canonical MCP config is left null.
