This repository provides MCP servers that expose Python-based mechanistic/systems biology modelling tools over stdio. It currently includes servers for MaBoSS, NeKo, and PhysiCell settings/session management.

Install & configure
This server lives in a monorepo. The README covers the whole collection, so we can't extract a single canonical install. This README is for a monorepo containing multiple MCP servers (MaBoSS, NeKo, PhysiCell). It does not provide standalone install/config details specific to NeKo beyond the shared monorepo launcher examples. Per instructions for collections of MCP servers, config is left null.
