From the registry: MCP server giving Claude AI access to 22+ NYC public-record databases for real estate due diligence
Please install the `nyc-property-intel` MCP server into my current AI client (that's you).
Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):
- **Get a trial token** — Sign up at nycpropertyintel.com to obtain a token for the hosted MCP service. (https://nycpropertyintel.com/)
Canonical MCP server config (HTTP transport):
- url: `https://nyc-property-intel-production.up.railway.app/mcp`
- headers:
- `Authorization`: `Bearer <your-token>`
Note: Prefer the hosted HTTP setup because the README presents it as 'no local setup' and it is the simplest install path. The README also documents a self-hosted stdio server using `uv run nyc-property-intel` from a cloned repo with PostgreSQL/nycdb, but that is a more complex alternative. Hosted access requires an Authorization bearer token.
Add this MCP server to my current client's config in the correct format for you. If you need secrets or credentials I haven't provided, ASK me — do not invent values or leave raw placeholders.
