Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):
- **Install Node.js and npm** — Node.js and npm are required to run the server via npx. (https://nodejs.org/)
Canonical MCP server config (stdio transport):

Note: This MCP server is part of the Pare suite, but this README provides direct install and run instructions for the individual @paretools/cargo package.
