An MCP server that generates professional PDF reports from structured JSON specs or raw text. It can create multi-page reports with cover pages, tables of contents, executive summaries, sections, tables, charts, and themes.
From the registry: Generate professional PDF reports from LLM output — cover, TOC, tables, charts, 5 themes.
$ pip install reportlab matplotlibPlease install the `pdf-report-generator` MCP server into my current AI client (that's you).
Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):
- **Install Node.js 18+** — Node.js version 18 or newer is required to run the MCP server via npx.
- **Install Python 3.8+** — Python version 3.8 or newer is required and must be available on your PATH as python or python3.
- **Install Python dependencies** — Install the Python packages used for PDF generation and charts. Run: `pip install reportlab matplotlib`
Canonical MCP server config (stdio transport):
- command: `npx`
- args: ["-y","pdf-report-generator"]
Note: The server is launched with npx and does not document any environment variables. It also depends on a working Python installation plus the reportlab and matplotlib packages being installed separately.
Add this MCP server to my current client's config in the correct format for you. If you need secrets or credentials I haven't provided, ASK me — do not invent values or leave raw placeholders. After adding it, tell me how to verify the server is connected.Comprehensive PostgreSQL documentation and best practices, including ecosystem tools
