Install & configure

This server lives in a monorepo. The README covers the whole collection, so we can't extract a single canonical install. This README is for a collection of MCP servers (MaBoSS, NeKo, PhysiCell) and directs users to each tool subfolder README for server-specific dependencies and setup. Per schema rules for monorepos, canonical per-server config is not extracted from this parent README.
