Please install the `planexe` MCP server into my current AI client (that's you).
Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):
- **PlanExe account** — Create account at home.planexe.org and get API key (pex_...) (https://home.planexe.org)
Canonical MCP server config (HTTP transport):

Note: Hosted remote MCP endpoint. Also available self-hosted via Docker with OpenRouter API key. 6 tools: example_plans, example_prompts, model_profiles, plan_create, plan_status, plan_download.
