Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):
- **Porkbun API credentials** — Get API key and secret key from Porkbun account settings > API Access. Enable API access per-domain. (https://porkbun.com/account/api)
- **Node.js 20+** — Node.js runtime required

Canonical MCP server config (stdio transport):

- args: ["-y","porkbun-mcp"]
- required environment variables:
  - `PORKBUN_API_KEY`: Porkbun API key (example: `<your_porkbun_api_key>`)
  - `PORKBUN_SECRET_KEY`: Porkbun secret API key (example: `<your_porkbun_secret_api_key>`)
- optional environment variables:
  - `PORKBUN_GET_MUDDY`: Set to 'true' to enable write operations (example: `true`)

Note: Read-only by default. Add --get-muddy flag or PORKBUN_GET_MUDDY=true to enable writes. Domain create requires additional --enable-domain-create flag. Includes scenario tools with dry_run mode.
