This server lives in a monorepo. The README covers the whole collection, so we can't extract a single canonical install. This README is for the Model Context Protocol reference servers monorepo, not the dedicated PostgreSQL server README. PostgreSQL is listed as an archived server in a separate repository, and the only usable install/config info here is the example invocation for the postgres server package.
