Job Description
Role
Build and launch a mini product on the Affinda platform within a 4-week internship. You will own the end-to-end launch activities — product development (code or vibe coding), marketing, and finding early users — with training and support from the Affinda team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build a focused product or tool on the Affinda platform.
- Implement the solution (coding or using rapid/vibe coding approaches).
- Define and execute a launch plan, including marketing and discovering first users.
- Collaborate with a cohort of up to 10 interns and the broader team; iterate quickly with mentorship and training.
Requirements
- Final- or penultimate-year university student preferred (any degree); recent graduates may be considered.
- Proficiency with AI and enthusiasm for applying AI to product problems.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills, energy, and good ideas; academic results will be a primary screening factor.
- Comfortable working in a nimble scale-up environment and owning project outcomes.
Internship Details
- Dates: 29 June – 24 July 2026.
- Cohort size: up to 10 interns.
- The project idea will be supported by the team; interns are expected to own the launch.
- Training and mentorship provided; potential for casual or permanent roles for high-performing interns.
Location & Working Arrangements
- Melbourne CBD (opposite Fed Square). Mostly on-site with some flexibility.
Hiring Process

Compensation
