Agent Manager / AI Tooling Specialist (m/f/d)
Explicitly requires vibe coding skills—rapid prototyping and building AI agents for ops/marketing/sales.
About the Role
Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations across operations, marketing, and sales to automate workflows, accelerate go-to-market, and scale company operations. Focus on prompt engineering, agent architectures, rapid prototyping, and integrating tools (CRM, marketing tools, internal systems) rather than core product engineering.
Job Description
Role
You will design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate real business workflows across operations, marketing, and sales. This role focuses on AI tooling and automations (prompts, agent architectures, multi-step workflows, and integrations) rather than developing the core product platform. The role is embedded in operations/marketing/sales and emphasizes rapid prototyping and production monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation workflows for operations, marketing, and sales.
- Craft and optimize prompts, agent architectures, and multi-step workflows for LLMs.
- Vibe-code prototypes, internal tools, and marketing/sales assets rapidly (hours to MVP).
- Monitor, debug, and iterate on agents in production.
- Integrate agents with CRM, marketing tools, internal ops systems, and data sources.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations stakeholders to identify impact areas and deliver solutions.
- Own AI-driven initiatives across lead generation, outbound sales, customer onboarding, content production, and internal process optimization.
- Stay current with AI tools, frameworks, and best practices and introduce them to the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and deploying AI agents that solve real operational, marketing, or sales problems (not just demos).
- Fluency with code-based approaches (Python, LLM APIs such as OpenAI/Anthropic) and familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI).
- Experience with no/low-code automation tools (examples: n8n, Make, Cursor, Bolt, Replit Agent).
- Strong prompt engineering skills and ability to design reliable agent behaviors.
- Ability to prototype and ship MVPs quickly (vibe coding).
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows in operations, marketing, or sales.
- Clear communication and ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus
- Experience building agents for marketing automation, sales outreach, lead qualification, or operational workflows, especially in startups or fintech.
- Experience with RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), tool use, function calling, and multi-agent systems.
- Contributions to open-source AI/agent projects or a public portfolio showcasing agent projects.
- Background in operations, growth, or sales engineering.
What we offer
- Remote-friendly setup with flexible working hours and optional spot in the Berlin office.
- Access to latest models, frameworks, and APIs.
- Fast-moving startup environment with immediate impact and growth opportunities.
- Competitive compensation and an international team.
