Explicitly mentions comfort with "vibe coding" for quick prototyping and visualizing agentic solutions.

About the Role

Lead the design and delivery of agentic AI solutions by partnering with enterprise customers to map workflows and translate them into multi-agent systems with human-in-the-loop controls. Act as a strategic, client-facing product manager who bridges business strategy, workflow design, and engineering to drive deployment, adoption, and measurable ROI.

Job Description

Role

As an Agent Product Manager you will partner directly with enterprise customers to observe and decode human workflows and design AI employees—multi-agent systems with UI-driven human-in-the-loop controls. You will own the lifecycle of these solutions from concept through deployment, working closely with engineering and design to translate client requirements into scalable agent capabilities and product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with enterprise customers to map end-to-end processes, uncover inefficiencies, and identify opportunities for agentic AI.
  • Design multi-agent workflows that integrate data, applications, and human-in-the-loop UI controls.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to turn requirements into scalable agent capabilities and elegant product experiences.
  • Own product roadmaps and lifecycle for AI employee solutions, guided by customer feedback, data, and business outcomes.
  • Champion customer adoption and measurable ROI; evangelize solutions internally and externally.
  • Continuously optimize workflows and capabilities using data and customer insights.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of client-facing experience in consulting, engagement management, product, or as a founder.
  • Strong product strategy and systems thinking: ability to solve core business problems beyond surface-level requests.
  • Technical credibility and comfort with architectural trade-offs, APIs, and agentic design.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and with technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to prototype quickly and visualize solutions (ability to “vibe code” is called out).
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in user research and workflow mapping with a data-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with generative AI and agentic AI; hands-on experience designing agent-based systems is a plus.
  • Background in product management, consulting, or founding roles.

Compensation

  • For California-based candidates the standard base salary range is $135,000 to $200,000 annually. Compensation may also include variable compensation, equity, and benefits depending on role, location, and experience.
