Job Description
Role
As an Agent Product Manager you will partner directly with enterprise leaders to observe and decode human workflows and translate them into AI employees — multi-agent systems with UI-driven human-in-the-loop controls. You will design, deliver, and own the lifecycle of agentic solutions from concept through deployment, acting as a strategic co-creator between business stakeholders, design, and engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Map end-to-end customer workflows, identify inefficiencies, and surface opportunities for automation and augmentation.
- Design agentic multi-agent systems integrating data, applications, and human oversight controls.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to convert requirements into scalable agent capabilities and product experiences.
- Own product roadmaps and drive solutions from concept to deployment guided by customer feedback and business outcomes.
- Champion adoption, measure ROI, and evangelize solutions internally and externally.
- Continuously optimize workflows and capabilities using data and customer insights.
Requirements
- 4+ years of client-facing experience in consulting, engagement management, product roles, or as a founder.
- Strong product strategy and systems thinking; ability to diagnose underlying business problems beyond surface requests.
- Technical credibility; comfortable discussing architectural trade-offs, APIs, and agentic designs with engineers.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and design.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience (or demonstrated equivalent experience).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in user research, workflow mapping, and data-driven product decisions.
- Familiarity with generative AI and agentic AI; hands-on experience designing agent-based systems is a plus.
- Comfortable prototyping quickly (explicit mention of “vibe coding” to visualize solutions).
- Hands-on experience with APIs and working closely with technical teams.
- Experience with agile tooling such as JIRA or Asana.
