Job Description
Role
We are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy agentic AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent architectures, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for enterprise use.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop agentic AI solutions using LLMs and multi-agent architectures.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval and contextual applications.
- Develop AI workflows and orchestrations using LangGraph, LangChain, and related frameworks.
- Integrate foundation models via AWS Bedrock and other LLM platforms.
- Implement prompt engineering, tool calling, memory management, and agent orchestration.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs in Python; design REST APIs and microservices.
- Monitor, evaluate, and iterate on AI system performance, accuracy, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver production AI solutions.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Agentic AI development and building intelligent AI agents.
- Practical experience with LLMs and RAG systems.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and/or CrewAI.
- Proficiency in Python development for backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with AWS Bedrock and cloud-native deployment patterns.
- Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
- Experience with prompt engineering and agent frameworks.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with foundation models such as Anthropic Claude, Llama, or similar.
- Familiarity with vector DBs: Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS.
- Knowledge of MLOps, AI observability, evaluation frameworks, serverless architectures, and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications & Logistics
- Experience: 6 to 10 years of software development experience.
- Education: Any full-time UG/PG degree.
- Location: PAN India.
- Notice period: Immediate to 30 days.
- Soft skills: strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and effective communication and collaboration.
