Explicitly expects vibe coding: building agentic LLM projects, rapid prototyping, and shipping demos or public work.
About the Role
Build and harden multi-agent LLM pipelines that pick up tasks, write and review code, deploy previews, and integrate agent automation into commerce systems (Magento, Shopify, Node.js) while providing orchestration and observability for reliable production operation.
Job Description
Role
You will design, harden, and extend multi-agent agentic systems that pick up tasks, write and review code, spin up preview deployments, capture results, and hand outputs back to humans for approval. The role focuses on integrating agents into a commerce stack (Magento, Shopify, Node.js services) to automate merchandising, QA, content, and operations, and on building AI-driven marketing automation across paid, SEO, and lifecycle channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and extend multi-agent development pipelines and harden an existing POC into production-ready systems.
- Integrate agents with commerce platforms and backend services to automate workflows (merchandising, QA, content, ops).
- Implement orchestration and observability for agents at scale, including queues, workers, retries, evals, and monitoring.
- Enable preview deployments and production deployments of agent-driven features.
- Work with APIs, webhooks, vector databases, authentication systems, and other glue infrastructure.
Requirements
- Strong, current coding ability in Python and/or Node.js / TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (examples given: Claude, OpenAI) and agent orchestration tools or frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP, or hand-rolled solutions).
- At least one demonstrable agentic/LLM project with a link for review.
- Production deployment experience (examples: Vercel, Railway, AWS) — not just notebooks.
- Comfort building with APIs, webhooks, queues, vector DBs, and auth systems.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel periodically to the Ahmedabad office (flights and accommodation covered).
Nice-to-have
- eCommerce stack exposure (Magento, Shopify, Hydrogen).
- Experience with RAG, evals, and agent/prompt observability.
- Full-stack or front-end experience for internal tooling.
- Open-source contributions, hackathon wins, or build-in-public experience.
What success looks like
- A production-hardened multi-agent pipeline that reliably automates commerce workflows and marketing tasks, with robust orchestration, monitoring, and measurable impact on the business.
