Role
The Agile Product Manager – Growth Execution represents stakeholder and customer needs to one or more Agile teams and is accountable for driving solution concepts and business value across multiple teams (Agile Release Train / Team of Agile Teams). The role involves program-level backlog management, defining epics/features, partnering on business cases, measuring product performance, and launching and scaling products in a complex or regulated industry (healthcare).
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and participate in validation of proposed solutions.
- Develop and communicate vision for scrum teams; drive efficient and effective development.
- Manage program Epic/Initiative backlog at the Agile Lean Program level.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop business cases and prioritize epics/features affecting ARTs or teams of teams.
- Use KPIs to measure product performance and design evaluations to assess outcomes.
- Support portfolio work including budget parameters and strategic themes; advocate for and secure funding.
- Collaborate with system and solution architects on technical sequencing and decisions.
- Build and mentor product manager/product owner teams across multiple trains/value streams.
- Apply Agile at scale (SAFe), manage backlog, conduct sprint planning, and write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Launch and scale digital products (mobile apps, portals, self-service platforms) and prototype/code to validate ideas.
Requirements
- BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years of experience writing business/functional requirements and implementing Agile methodologies, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- SAFe (SA) certification required.
- Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, user story and acceptance criteria writing, and program-level product delivery.
Preferred
- Proven SAFe (SA), CSPO, or SPO/PM experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading AI-enabled product development and integrating large language models, predictive analytics, or automation.
- Strong experience delivering seamless digital products (mobile apps, portals, self-service platforms).
- Expertise scaling Agile practices (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) across large organizations while maintaining velocity and quality.
- Experience identifying product opportunities at the intersection of AI, healthcare data, and digital experience.
- Experience with vibe coding preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range for specified locations: $125,400 to $196,650 (USD).

Location & Work Model
