AI-Accelerated Full-Stack Engineer (Replit / Cursor / Rapid Build Stack)

Role

AI-Accelerated Full-Stack Engineer responsible for building production-quality prototypes and apps (chatbots, dashboards, scheduling tools, workflow automations) inside AI-driven cloud IDEs such as Replit and Cursor. Work targets GovTech/EdTech customers and must meet SLED (State, Local, Education) RFP specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop full‑stack applications using React, FastAPI, TypeScript, and Python inside cloud IDEs.
• Use AI coding partners (Replit Ghostwriter, Cursor, Copilot, Claude) to iterate and prototype quickly.
• Ship live prototypes using synthetic data; avoid production PII.
• Build modular backends, APIs, and front‑end UI/UX in parallel.
• Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to satisfy strict SLED requirements and integration needs.
• Move from prompt to prototype to deploy in hours, supporting rapid delivery cycles.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of full‑stack development experience and ability to deliver complete features solo.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools and cloud IDE workflows (Replit, Cursor, Copilot, etc.).
• Practical knowledge of data modeling, API integration, and authentication/security basics.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for downstream integration.
• Ability to work autonomously under tight timelines.

Bonus Qualifications

• Prior experience in GovTech, EdTech, or automation tooling.
• Familiarity with FERPA, COPPA, or CMMC compliance standards.
• Experience integrating LLMs and providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).
• Experience with serverless deployment platforms (Vercel, Render, Replit Deploy).

Compensation & Setup

• Employment types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract.
• Base pay listed: $150.00 - $400.00 per hour.
• Remote work; U.S.-based preferred for production work, offshore allowed for synthetic-data builds.
• Flexible schedule and high autonomy with potential advancement into Lead Engineer or Delivery Architect roles.
