About the Role
The AI Agile Product Manager will represent stakeholder and customer needs across one or more Agile teams, driving product vision, program-level backlog prioritization, and delivery in a regulated healthcare environment. The role combines Agile-at-scale leadership, portfolio and budget responsibilities, and hands-on prototyping with AI/LLMs to validate and scale AI-enabled digital products.

Role
The AI Agile Product Manager owns representation of stakeholder and customer needs for one or more Agile teams or a Team of Agile Teams, driving solution concepts, product vision, and program-level delivery in a regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and participate in validation of proposed solutions.
- Develop and communicate the vision for scrum teams and support efficient development.
- Manage program Epic/Initiative backlog at the Agile Lean Program level.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop business cases for Epics/features and make prioritization decisions.
- Utilize KPIs to measure product performance and design evaluations to assess outcomes.
- Support portfolio work including budget parameters, strategic themes, and funding requests; advocate for and secure budget.
- Collaborate with system and solution architects on technical sequencing and decisions.
- Build and mentor product manager/product owner teams across multiple trains/value streams.
- Drive business value delivery at the program level and apply Agile at scale.
- Manage backlog, sprint planning, and write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluation frameworks.
- Launch and scale products in complex or regulated industries.
- Code and prototype to validate ideas and accelerate innovation.
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years of experience writing business/functional requirements and implementing Agile methodologies, or equivalent education/experience.
- SAFe (SA) certification required.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Proven experience with SAFe (SA), CSPO, or equivalent; SPO/PM (SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager) highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading AI-enabled product development and integrating large language models, predictive analytics, or automation into solutions.
- Strong experience delivering digital products (mobile apps, portals, self-service platforms) that improve user experience and adoption.
- Expertise scaling Agile practices (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) across large, complex organizations while maintaining velocity and quality.
- Experience identifying product opportunities at the intersection of AI, healthcare data, and digital experience.
- Experience with vibe coding and hands-on prototyping preferred.
Location & Work Arrangement
- Hybrid role requiring in-office presence at least one day per week; ideal candidates are able to report to Pulse Point locations in Atlanta, GA or Indianapolis, IN. Alternate locations may be considered if within reasonable commuting distance.
