About the Role
The AI Agile Product Manager will represent stakeholder and customer needs across one or more Agile teams, owning program-level backlogs and driving AI-enabled product solutions in a regulated healthcare environment. The role focuses on defining vision, prioritizing epics/features, measuring product performance, and launching and scaling digital products while applying Agile at scale.

Role
The AI Agile Product Manager represents the stakeholder community and customers to one or more Agile teams (a Team of Agile Teams/ART). The role owns program-level backlog and solution concepts, drives product vision and prioritization, and ensures delivery of business value for AI-enabled digital products in a regulated healthcare setting. The role includes coding/prototyping to validate ideas and accelerate innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and participate in validation of proposed solutions.
- Develop and communicate vision for scrum teams; collaborate for efficient development.
- Manage program Epic/Initiative backlog at the Agile Lean Program level.
- Partner with stakeholders to build business cases for epics/features and make prioritization decisions.
- Use KPIs to measure product performance and design evaluations to assess outcomes.
- Support portfolio work including budget parameters, strategic themes, and securing funding.
- Collaborate with system and solution architects on technical sequencing and decisions.
- Build and mentor product manager/product owner teams across multiple trains/value streams.
- Apply Agile at scale; manage backlog, sprint planning, and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluation frameworks.
- Launch and scale products in complex or regulated industries.
Requirements
- BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years of experience writing business/functional requirements and implementing Agile methodologies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- SAFe (SA) certification required.
- Experience managing program-level backlogs, driving product vision, and delivering business value with Agile practices.
- Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience working in regulated environments and collaborating with architects and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- CSPO, SPO/PM or equivalent product owner/product manager certifications preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled product development and integrating large language models, predictive analytics, or automation.
- Strong background delivering digital products (mobile apps, portals, self-service platforms) that drive adoption and user experience.
- Experience scaling Agile practices (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) across large, complex organizations while maintaining velocity and quality.
- Experience identifying product opportunities at the intersection of AI, healthcare data, and digital experience.
- Experience with vibe coding preferred.
Location & Work Model
- Hybrid role requiring in-office presence at least one day per week; ideal candidates can report to a Pulse Point location in Atlanta, GA or Indianapolis, IN. Alternate locations may be considered if within reasonable commuting distance.
