Job Description
Role
The AI & Automation Analyst identifies high-impact operational problems, prototypes practical solutions (automation, AI, or process changes), deploys those solutions into production workflows, and owns their ongoing maintenance and improvement. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations and works directly with leadership to prioritize and deliver measurable impact.

- Determine appropriate interventions (automation, AI, or process changes).
- Rapidly prototype internal tools and automations in days, using LLM APIs, scripting, automation platforms, and internal tools.
- Deploy solutions into real workflows and integrate with existing systems.
- Monitor, maintain, and iterate on solutions based on user feedback, improving prompts, logic, and edge-case handling.
- Own delivered projects end-to-end, including fixing issues and scaling usage.
What Success Looks Like
- First working solution shipped within the first few weeks.
- Multiple workflows live within 90 days, delivering meaningful time or cost savings.
- Teams actively use the solutions in day-to-day work.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Experience building internal tools, automations, or products (professional or personal).
- Familiarity with APIs and integrating disparate systems.
- Ability to write code (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Experience using or experimenting with LLMs and AI tools.
- Strong problem-solving and systems thinking abilities.
- Builder mindset, high ownership, strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and clear communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
- Experience with low-code/no-code tools.
- Background in product management or operations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with business teams.
How We Work
- Close partnership with leadership to prioritize the highest-impact problems.
- Focus on speed, iteration, and real-world impact over perfection.
- Significant autonomy and ownership.
- Work is in person 5 days a week.
