Builds LLM-driven automations and agents; mentions Vibe Coding as a nice-to-have and uses tools like Claude Code and low-code fronts.
About the Role
Build and operate the technical infrastructure and AI-driven automation for ECOZA Intelligence, connecting eCommerce accounts, automating data flows, and shipping LLM-based agents and workflows that improve operations and revenue for 550+ D2C brands. Deliver production-ready integrations, data quality, onboarding automation and AI workflows with strong ownership and a product mindset.
Job Description
Role
As an AI Automation Engineer you build the technical layer of ECOZA Intelligence: an integrated D2C eCommerce operating system that connects accounts (Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo, Klar), ingests brand-specific data, ensures data quality, and runs LLM-based automations and agents used in production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy and maintain Supabase databases and brand-specific data streams (WhatsApp, calls, onboarding forms, login/KPI data).
- Build API and MCP integrations for Klar (KPIs), Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify and other third-party systems to automate data flows into the platform.
- Ensure data quality via validations, checks and data structures to prevent bad input.
- Implement onboarding automation: connect new-customer forms, Airtable, Supabase and CRM for end-to-end flows.
- Develop LLM-based tools and agent workflows (e.g., automated product image generation, media-buying agents, churn-prevention workflows, sales automation) and production-grade master prompts.
- Manage context and domain knowledge for agents, translate domain knowledge into production-ready prompts and systems.
- Enable adoption: produce documentation and visual process representations (Lucid/Mermaid), train teams and ensure tools are used in practice.
Requirements
- Hands-on automation skills: experience with Claude Code, OpenClaw, n8n, Make, APIs and Webhooks to build production workflows.
- Database experience: Supabase, Airtable or comparable systems and the ability to design scalable data structures.
- Practical LLM & prompt-engineering experience: built productive AI workflows used in daily operations, not just experimental prompts.
- API integration experience with third-party platforms (Meta, Google, Shopify, Klaviyo, CRMs) and building data pipelines.
- Product mindset with strong ownership and pragmatic delivery; front-end familiarity with low-code frontends (Claude Code, Retool or similar) to build usable dashboards.
- Fluent German and strong English.
- Nice to have: Vibe Coding, Python or Node.js, experience with eCommerce metrics, consulting or scale-up background.
Benefits
- Competitive (“überdurchschnittliches”) salary
- MacBook with 4K screen and home-office budget
- Hybrid work: 2 fixed office days for team culture, rest flexible
- Training/Weiterbildungsbudget
- Wellpass, Jobrad, workations, team events
- Modern, climate-controlled office in Munich with direct U-Bahn access and free parking
- Immediate impact, greenfield product work and career path toward Head of AI / Technical Operations
