Samvestor is hiring an AI Automation Engineer to build intelligent automation workflows, internal tools, and AI-driven features that reduce repetitive manual work. The role emphasizes delivering working products quickly using AI coding tools and strong prompt engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and ship internal tools (CRMs, dashboards, trackers, utilities) using AI coding tools.
- Create automation workflows via AI prompting to reduce repetitive manual tasks across teams.
- Apply prompt engineering to obtain accurate, reliable, production-quality results from AI systems.
- Translate business problems into working solutions: idea → prototype → product.
- Test, refine, and iterate on solutions until they work well in daily use.
- Document work clearly for maintainability and handover.
- Stay current with new AI automation tools, APIs, and frameworks.
Requirements
- Practical experience with prompt engineering and AI-driven development.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (examples given: Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
- Programming fundamentals in any stack (JavaScript/Node.js, MERN/MEAN, Python, frontend/backend experience).
- Git & GitHub for version control.
- Demonstrable portfolio or GitHub of real projects (CRMs, dashboards, automations) that are working products.
- Strong problem-solving, product thinking, ownership, and the ability to ship without close supervision.
Experience
- 1–2 years of AI development experience, or 2–3 years as a software developer in web/full-stack technologies.
Compensation & Benefits
