Role
As AI & Automation Manager you will architect and deliver AI-driven workflows for the Go-to-Market organization, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Strategy. You will combine strategic advisory with hands-on solution engineering, taking full ownership of automation projects from concept through deployment and scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory
- Prioritize high-impact automation opportunities with senior GTM leadership.
- Provide AI market intelligence and translate trends into prioritized pilots and scalable playbooks.
- Lead change management to integrate technology into organizational workflows.
Technical Execution
- Design and ship business-critical workflows using n8n and other vibe coding tools to remove operational bottlenecks.
- Rapidly prototype and deploy AI-driven solutions in collaboration with internal experts and external partners.
- Establish best practices and modular, scalable frameworks for automation initiatives.
- Evaluate LLM trade-offs and be technically conversant with AI tool architectures.
- Monitor and refine AI-generated outputs; apply data-driven analysis to improve workflows.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a hyper-growth start-up or scale-up.
- Proven track record of building and shipping automation or AI-driven workflows.
- Hands-on experience with n8n and familiarity with vibe coding tools and LLMs (e.g., Claude).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to present executive-ready recommendations.
- Must be based in Germany or Bulgaria and hold a valid work/residence permit for the respective location; hybrid or remote working options available.
