About the Role
Salesforce is hiring an early-career AI Builder for the DACH market to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You'll work in cross-functional builder pods using modern AI tools and development stacks, be customer-facing (25–50% travel), and receive structured mentorship as part of a new-grad cohort.

Role
AI Builder, Emerging Talent — DACH Market. Early-career engineers embedded in customer-facing teams to design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions in production for large enterprise customers as part of a new-grad Builder cohort.
Key Responsibilities
- Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and agent architecture using LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
- Develop, test, debug, and deploy production-grade agentic solutions in collaboration with cross-functional builder pods.
- Build systems using JavaScript, Python, Apex and real-time infrastructure; iterate quickly and own deliverables from day one.
- Partner with clients and sales teams to translate business challenges into technical, agentic solutions and lead stakeholder conversations.
- Evaluate and validate AI outputs with engineering rigor; participate in continual iteration and deployment cycles.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Strong technical foundation in computer science or a related engineering discipline.
- Early-career / new graduate / emerging talent (builder mindset required).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and real-time infrastructure concepts.
- Strong coding quality and debugging skills; ability to evaluate AI outputs critically.
- Comfortable in customer-facing contexts and able to work with sales teams.
- Willingness to travel ~25–50%.
- Fluency in German and English.
